Terms of Service
Read DMWTPM’s terms of service governing site use and HOA management relationships.
By accessing our website, homeowner portal, or using DMWTPM services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to HOA boards, homeowners, vendors, and anyone interacting with our platforms or personnel.
Using our services
We deliver HOA management and consulting services under board-approved agreements while operating in compliance with Texas law.
Service agreements
Service scopes, fees, and responsibilities are defined in board-approved management agreements. These Terms supplement those agreements and apply to all digital interactions with DMWTPM systems, homeowner portals, and support channels.
Access and security
Board members and homeowners receive role-based access to documentation and portals. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, limiting access to authorized parties, and notifying DMWTPM immediately if credentials are compromised.
Acceptable use
- Use our portals and communication channels only for HOA-related or authorized purposes.
- Do not upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt service availability.
- Respect the confidentiality of board documents and resident data accessed through our systems.
Fees, payments, and document requests
Resale certificates, lender questionnaires, and disclosure packets are fulfilled within the timelines outlined on our contact pages. Applicable fees are invoiced to the requester or collected at closing, per Texas Property Code. Past-due payment reminders and homeowner correspondence follow board policy and posted payment schedules. We comply with Texas debt collection practices when applicable.
Limitation of liability
DMWTPM is not liable for board decisions, governing document enforcement actions, or disputes outside our contracted scope. Our role is to provide recommendations and operational support; ultimate authority rests with the HOA board.
We strive for accurate information at the time of publication, but we make no guarantee that all site content or board-provided documents remain current without ongoing updates. Boards should review critical documents before relying on them for legal or financial decisions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal requirements or service changes. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
